Attempting nutrion timing. Going to divide my Pre-workout shake, and add it to my post workout shake with protein. Mindfully, I've kept the same routine for years, and I know I feel the pre-workout shake in my stomach often during my workout and sometimes until after I'm done. Feel like I might benefit more with the change.
