lost 3lbs this week, went away on holiday and just tried to eat healthy most of the time. lots walking no workouts just 3 min planks here and there! lost 1.5 % body fat which I'm the most impressed with. At last I'm getting somewhere.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
