Today, I celebrate one full year on my current job! It is amazing how fast time goes and it has me reflecting on the last year.
1. I have accomplished quite a bit in one year, I am on my own in my new position so I have to prioritize.
2. In this coming year, I need to put myself first. Really put myself and my needs first. I need quality food to fuel my body and rest to keep me energized.
3. I need to start carving out a little personal time everyday. (I think I should actually move this up!)
So, today, I start small. I have to take LO to gymnastics this evening. The temps are incredible here, I believe I will take a walk while she tumbles, it is not like I get to watch anyway....
