I have a low carb diet that I have subscribed too.. I walk and run more than 4 kms every day.. my weight seems to be on the rise 😞😞
66.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

too low carb diet is responsible. apni diet m 100 se 150 g carbs krlo. or protein b high rakhna. good carbs r necessary .

If u are walking or running minimum 1 hour of exercise is required...u can say it should be around 6-8 kms per day

Make a diet plan of 1200-1500 calories, 50% protein, 30% Fat and 20 % Carbs.. Also, start doing Brisk walk in the morning.. 40 Minutes quick walk will do the magic👍🏻 *this for them who are 60-65 Kgs

just eat home made food don't cut your food...for less calories intake...drink 2 glass of water before lunch and dinner..do cardio as you are doing..you will see the difference between 5-7 days...

carbs low krne se aap fit ni ho skte. kamjor honge bs. protein high karo. lean krne k liye lagbhg 1 g protein per pound chahiye hota hai. jo tough h nrml diet se but atleast maintain 100+ g protein to lean

As everyone suggesting good ideas. But remember its all in your daily calorie food intake. So. Adding vegetables( fibre )in your diet will help you to stop gaining weight. Wish you luck and keep grinding.

Thank you everyone 😊😊... how supportive are all of you .. I will post the weight end of this month .. let’s see. Everyday seeing it was not very motivating. Now that I am even more conscious of my intake and working out a bit more.. let’s see. 31st August it is 😊😊

You need to add resistance training in your daily workouts. Walking and running are supposed to have prescribed dose. Simply walking and running for distance or time doesn't help you with the fat loss.
