According to one of my challenges, I have lost only 4lb in the last 7 weeks. This is disheartening because I am finally eating properly, and am more 'on diet' than before. If it wasn't for the challenges, I would have a hard time tracking my gain loss.
I am growing more content with the new diet. I don't crave sweet things. I am actually getting a taste for food without sugar.

true :D - Not really dishearted. I am just trying to figure out about all the dieting myths. Which are true. Which are wrong.
