Hi everyone, I would like to know if I eat 500 calories a day, while exercising 20-30 minutes throughout the day, will I be losing weight?

you'll be giving you body a rough time and even damaging it. You'll be losing muscle mass not only fat. I'll suggest going easy, good luck on your journey.

500 calories it's low you should to eat at least 1100 calories per a day and if you are new in diet you should to start with 1500 calories
