After a weekend away (not tracking , maybe a binge hear and there ) , changing my macros to increase my daily calories intake and weight training.. I am not surprised by the gain. I feel great mentally. I am trusting the process for my body to adapt to my new ratios. From next week I will increase my calorie in as well as my fat and carbs 🙂
