pls don't depend on diet it will slow your metabolism and you will end up putting weight, try using some whey protein it help you in shredding and do intense workout with the help of 30 days weight loss challenge (apps on play store)

I changed my diet as u guys suggested nd i changed my exercise. I currently do pamela reifs hiit for 15min nd some leg nd ab workout. So totally I workout for like 45min. Hope it works out! Thank you guys for helping me!

Make a diet plan of 1200 calories, 50% protein +30% Fat and 20% Carbs. Also, go for intermittent fasting... see the magic in a week

forget about calorie intake and just eat healthy homemade food,just avoid sugar and maida...see the difference..don't demolish your immunity power by reducing diet...have enough good food...this calorie intake thing is useless...
