Guys I need some help! My weight has been stuck for like two weeks. I follow a strict diet nd exercise plan....but still isn't working

pls don't depend on diet it will slow your metabolism and you will end up putting weight, try using some whey protein it help you in shredding and do intense workout with the help of 30 days weight loss challenge (apps on play store)

Have a lot of water, get good sleep, have a good amount of protein, and don’t under nourish yourself with very strict diets. Trust the process!

sister, do this :- 20 burpees 15 lunges each side 1min plank.. x2 10 star jumps x3 10 squats x 3 30 sec side plank x3

I changed my diet as u guys suggested nd i changed my exercise. I currently do pamela reifs hiit for 15min nd some leg nd ab workout. So totally I workout for like 45min. Hope it works out! Thank you guys for helping me! Love ya!!

plz help me mera weight 74 kg hai aur side muffins bane hai 2 bache hai dono operation se huye beti 1and half year ki hui hai aur beta 8 year ka hai meri age 31 hai aur hight 5.3 hai c section se beti hui hai ghar ka sara kam akele karna hota exercise karne ka tym nahi hai mujhe apna weight loss karna plz help tummy fat kaffi hai mujhe bahut tension ho rehi hai kaise weight loss karo plz koi easy sa diet plan bata do

Make a diet plan of 1200 calories, 50% protein +30% Fat and 20% Carbs. Also, go for intermittent fasting... see the magic in a week

forget about calorie intake and just eat healthy homemade food,just avoid sugar and maida...see the difference..don't demolish your immunity power by reducing diet...have enough good food...this calorie intake thing is useless...
