Hey dear you are stuck because your body has got used to the exercise, diet you've been following.cut calorie intake further and burn more calories through exercise
1)Try HIIT
2)Do some variations in strength training
3)Track what you eat
4) If possible try Intermittent Fasting
5) Drink water , avoid sugar and get plenty of sleep
All the best 😊

Dont try heavy calories deficit as for few days it will show results and later on u will get stucked to particular weight ...it shud be around 300cal lessen from maintenance calories... increase u workout intensity..include cardio ...take less gap between each sets ...try 16:8 fasting ..use carbs as a tool ...take ur time ...dont rush

to reduce carbs, choose high protien foods like chicken breast, egg whites, green vegetables, fish, tofu. By avoiding carbs and with exercise your body will start to use stored body fat as fuel.

This is probably due to your body being acclimatized to low calorie intake , due to this body lowers it's metabolism , so start doing cardio to burn those extra calories , then when you start seeing results increase the cardio and increase calorie intake by 200 or so. The. When you again hot this plateau phase , reduce the calorie , as by now body metabolism will be higher , This happened to me and I did this , worked for me.

hey Nith.....try to be back on your maintainence calories according to your weight for 2-3 days...once metabolism speeds, try lowering the calorie intake to 300 from the maintainence calories. weight will continue to reduce for around 2-3 weeks. if weight agains stucks at some point, then u need to add 10 minutes more to your cardio or any exercise u do to burn your calories.

continuing to the topic...u can increase 10 minutes every time your weight gets stuck but it can be only 2- times....as it will not be possible to increase cardio or exercise to that extent every day....then, u can lower your calories by only 100 everytime your weight gets stuck....but these 100 calories should be reduced from carbs only....high protein foods in vegetarian diet are- soya products, dairy products, whey protein, lentils with a combination of rice/chapati. nuts such as peanut butter. Non vegetarians can have: whole eggs(only 2 in a day), egg whites, chicken breast, meat, fish etc

Based on the topic, How many minutes of cardio u should do.....on the home page of this app, there is an option of adding exercise in the day. please try adding the exercise u did everyday and checking if calories burned in the whole day(sleeping,resting,cardio/weught training) are more than your calorie intake for the day....try to maintain a difference of minimum 300 calories....consume 300 less calories than what you burn...its simple
