Ok so this is really week 2 for me of the food portion. I have yet to start the exercise portion, but just found this tool online. I really wanna do a Zumba class or get a video or something. I think that would be so much fun! And dancing is how I lost weight before. Wish me luck. I'm the heaviest I've ever been, but time to change all that!

hey Im Darlene and wanted to say i know exactly how you feel...seems we are both at the same stage at this point in time..I recently went thru surgery and now am back on fatsecret..mainly to count cals and up my energy level a bit and trying to get back into the exercise thing, only problem is..i am presently undergoing a series of spinal injections for back injury..and also awaiting kidney surgery for stones...:( so i'm afraid that bc i cant really exercise and move about the way i would like to...that i may not have as much success as i would like..but hey..being here is a start..so we're on the right track..good luck..and sending happy healthy thoughts ur way..darlene Peace xxx ^_^
