Kayanya selama ini cuma ngerasa aja defkal padahal engga. Iyasih udah gaperna jarang ngitung2 kalori masuk hehe krn itu jd tiap hari olahraga paling ngga 30 menit. Tp tetep aja bb ga turun sama sekali aka stuck di situuu terus dari bulan maret. Malah jd mikir jgn2 selama ini cuma buat ngemaintain bb aja🧐
