4 egg whites, diced red pepper, spring onion and seasoning. Garlic powder pepper and salt. Cooked in the oven for 20 mins at 220 degrees

You can also do steamed broccoli with egg whites Same spices. It s delicious 🥰

I am looking into purchasing a steamer, it’s not been something I have thought about before I began to loose weight. I have seen quite a few people talk about using one and it definitely looks like my kind of cooking lol put everything in the steamer, set the timer and chill out till it’s ready to eat, what’s not to like 😊

I just steam everything in a non stick pan with a lid. Add a bit of water occasionally and keep it on medium heat.

Anyway whatever you will use it will be grear. Also when you cook and need to saute onions I don t use oil, just water but not too much. Makes huge difference. 1tbsp of oil has 120 cals so I would rather use my calories wisely and enjoy😊
