100 WORKOUTS IN 2020! 100/12/11/11 2020/August/August Gym/PT. 3rd time as an adult in triple digits. I made the same 100 on November 8, 2019. The first time I got 100 workouts in a year as an adult was September 22, 2018. So, ahead of both of those. Did half a PT session at workout, plus full session w PT for left hip/glute/hamstring. New exercises, too. Glute responding better than hamstring so far.
98/10/9.5 2020/August/PT and 99/11/10/9.5 2020/August/August Gym/PT was Saturday. First double since pandemic.
