No weigh in today as we are out camping. I hope to be home and weigh in, in a few days. Spontaneous camping and no planning I’ve been eating high calorie foods all week and still feeling hungry. Well over my calories. Hope to plan better next time. Not expecting to see much good with the scale but will stay accountable. Trying not to beat myself up. I have been doing a lot of hiking while out here I’ve exercised for seven days straight. Now in a pain flare due to fibromyalgia.
Looking for suggestions for healthy camping foods, snacks and meals so I can better prepare next time. Thank you in advance. Have a great day!

We always did grilled naked fajitas. Plenty of veggies, your lean protein of choice, seasonings, roasted over the fire pit. You can add cheese and sour cream if you want, but it's not a must. Best meals I've had camping were usually the spontaneous ones which aren't healthy, but this one fits a slightly healthier profile than most of what I would eat. 😂

Don’t know if you like fruit but it’s something healthy and easy for camping

Entirely possible you’re expending more energy so you’re just hungrier. Nothing wrong with that.

Thank you everyone. The one thing I did have was some fruit. And a couple salads.

We camp every year too and find it tough to stay on track. We eat nuts, apples, , peanut butter/bread, Greek yogurt, tinned black beans, sardines, instant oatmeal, meat/fish cooked in the fire, boiled eggs, instant rice, instant coffee, mint tea, powdered milk, cheddar cheese, tiny tomatoes, raw carrots and raw broccoli.
