this week was a good week for me. i kept track of everything i ate and tried to not eat when i wasn't hungry. i also let myself cheat with a cookie or two now and then, it helps me stay on track if im not so strict with myself. i pulled a neck muscle this week so i wasn't able to do much cardio and cut out strength training until the muscle is looser, but i lost a couple pounds this week, which is good.
