Chicken seasoned with Tajin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Pan seearwd then finished in oven. With guacamolebon the side (guac has roma tomatoes, shallots, minced garlic, Tajin, lime juice, cayenne, salt & pepper).
