Hello I’m new to this app. I’m trying to lose but I’m unclear about how many calories I should eat daily or what I should eat, like a meal plan. Any suggestions?

the FS program has an introductory portion when you sign On the first time that sets up your height, current weight, goal weight, etc. go back to the start and see if you just missed it. There is an unbelievable number of websites, apps. That will take your height weight, age, activity level and help you determine the appropriate macros. Time for a little research.

F!owe, follow Kenna's advice to start. People on this site follow many different WOE (ways of eating), sometimes it takes a while to find the right one for you. I follow CICO (calories in, calories out). I eat 1500-1600 calories a day and I have no food restrictions as long as what I eat fits into my RDI (recommended daily intake). Mostly I eat fresh foods and very few processed foods. You have chosen a great site, people here are very supportive and you will find many success stories to inspire you. Welcome and good luck on your journey! 🌈

Barbarafarley— get a food scale at Walmart. Knowing how much you are eating is very helpful. I have seen recipes that call for a tablespoon of blackberries. Really! Measure in grams.
