I'm so confused. I went to the Dr this morning and their digital scale said I weighed 142. I brought a digital scale and it has my weight at 149. My other non digital scale said I am at 143.

I guess I'll just wait til tomorrow and weigh again... sigh

This is why we weigh ourselves in the morning after our 1st urination - base weight best found in the AM. Damn cupcake!

Scales are calibrated differently, so you can get a different reading on each one. Use one scale as you "official" scale and weigh in the morning before eating and after the bathroom for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. You can put a 5 pound weight (or something you know the weight of) on the scale to make sure it's accurate.
