Drinking my water, doing my exercise . . .but still need motivation to cut down on my eating . . .any suggestions?
70.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi, Karol! We all get in those funks. Are you recording what you're eating? That helped me realize that my protein choices were not the best & when I changed that the weight really started to fall off. Another thing I do is eat 5 times a day (every 2-1/2 - 3 hours) and NOT past 7 pm. Maybe you need to increase your level of exercise intensity or try something different to change it up. Just suggestions. You have to find what works best for you. Then, when you find something that's working keep at it. Hope it helps. Have a fabulous day! :) Deb

Don't necessarily "cut down" on eating -- just switch to eating healthier stuff.

When I prepare my lunch to go to work, I always prepare an extra bag of veggies or berries in case I get very hungry between meals...it has done the job so far :)

Thanks for all of your suggestions. I will try them all. Truly I think my problem is more emotional then anything . .have to work on that too! Thanks again!
