New motivation: I'm going bridesmaid dress shopping with my friends next weekend. Unless I lose 40 lbs, I will be the heaviest girl in the wedding. While that is a ridiculous amount to want to lose, I would at least like to get back down to where I was in March (around 170). I know I won't do this in a week, but I'm hoping I can lose 3 by the time dress shopping comes around, or at least be a little more toned.
Boyfriend and I are going to a free drop-in yoga class tonight. I'm really looking forward to it. I need to get my rear in gear and back to the gym. I made it Monday night last week but it seems my schedule is getting busier and busier. I bought gobs of healthy food (Blue Bunny makes delicious 100 calorie super-fruit yogurts!!), so if nothing else, I hope not to gain any more.
