Trying a reasonable diet and shooting for 3 pounds a week. Two weeks in and I have cheated a few times too many but I'm sticking it out. 235 hear I come.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
