It is amazing and smells amazing. Steamed broccoli. Put the broccoli in an oven pan. Mix in a bowl egg whites( I usually use 4) with garlic seasoning, pepper and salt. Then add the egg white on top of the broccoli and make sure everything is mixed, then put it in the preheated oven at 220 degrees C. I found the recipe on youtube, Will Tennyson. You can follow him for more recipes

Oh and keep in the oven for 20 mins. No need for oil
