With recent back pain I have not exercised for at least a month and a half. I also fell back into bad eating habits. I've started physical therapy for my back and will begin eating well once again.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
