Day 18 of jump rope is complete. I am working on my 1st pull up. Weight is not moving too much, although I have to be better about eating. I have to focus on health rather than weight when choosing food. Mentally in not too good a head space. I feel like a loser worker, mom, wife, friend, sister , daughter and so on. Not sure how to work on self love. The only thing that I do that I am not proud of is watching trash youtube videos. Maybe if I stop that, I will hate myself less.
