Looks fantastic!! Kale can be used in many ways! I add it to my wraps with my lunch and cheese. Love it in my eggs with onions and whatnot. You can even roast it!!

Makes a smokey broth and also great with lots of meats and eggs. But I’m a kale freak.

I wash it, cut it, and them freeze it. I add it to all my soups or just to bump up the veggie portion of some meals.

Salad, smoothie, sautée with other vegetables. Spritz with a little olive oil and put in the toaster oven for kale chips

You combine fresh kale with other greens like mesclun or arugula and make a great salad!

I also treat kale like collard greens w/mustard. No cooking in bacon fat, but a spray of olive oil in the pan plus a little splash water to steam it. you haven't seen it in my rotation lately because I'm not buying from my normal store, but it will be coming back as soon as it cools down. Fall staple for me.
