No. I only count calories. I make sure to burn more than I eat. I don t count macros, don t really care about them. It is too restrictive. You need a diet as a life style and also a diet that you can enjoy. Hope that helps 😊

Refined carbs can be cut out of the diet but never cut out unrefined carbs. They are required for good health. Oats are a perfect health food.
