GOOD MORNING FAT SECRET!!! I woke up, brushed my teeth, got some water and changed into my workout clothes. I find that getting into my designated workout clothes actually ALMOST makes me want to workout. Haha.

So, here I am, once again working out. I weighed in at 234.4 this morning. That's exciting, even if I did hit 232 a few days ago, that was a freakish low. I'm still getting further and further away from the 240 i was weighing in at last week.

I think I'm actually starting to like working out? I find that I'm screaming "Oh yeah!" in stead of just terrible moans of hate that I used to make when it hurt. I also love feeling how warm my muscles are - I can almost always feel them. I've started jogging in spot a lot (my friends hate it, they say it makes them nervous - I think they're not use to seeing me this happy and active)

I can't believe all the support I'm finding for this. For every jealous person who offers me pizza or donuts, there are 3 or 4 people telling me about vitmains, alternative recipes and quick little workouts I can do.

I also wouldn't be able to do this without FS, all you people and the FS ap for my Blackberry.

Okay, workouts almost done, gonna do some arm weights for the last 10 minutes. Hope you all workout and eat well today :)
