if you dont mind milk and suger .try sweet.but if you want somthing savoury try making them salted.i make mine with handful of oats, a little bit oil musterseeds,pepper,seasalt,and tumeric mix it all and bring it to boil add half a lemon and it is worth having and will keep you full

I have plain rolled oats as it has more fibre than your normal Quaker or saffola oats. I like sweet so I add fruits and yogurt or 1 spoon peanut butter with skimmed milk.
