I don’t want to sound dramatic or anything but I genuinely thought I was going to start crying when I weighed myself this morning 🤣 don’t give up guys I had a plateau from January 2019 till September 2019 but I’m still carrying on till I reach my goal, if you are experiencing a plateau I’d recommend maybe changing up your diet or increasing your workout intensity, that’s what worked for me but everybody’s different so find what works for you❤️
