hi I'm new on here I'm 28 and trying to loose some weight from all the junk food I cant help but eat . trying really hard now not to gorge on sweets and chocolate and takeaways. I'm trying to lose weight by watching my calorie intake and eating more healthily I know I could lose weight really quickly bu going on one of these fad diets but I want something will help me main tain my weight lose once I reach my target so any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you
