There is a pattern. Lots of wheat bread, lots of water retention, the weight goes up. Tough to have a 'steak sandwich' without the bread. And Health warrior Chia bars are great 'healthy snacks' just not 4 in 1 day.... today was crazy busy and taco bell won out. tried the chicken salad and the meaty 5 layer burrito. The sodium was crazy, I felt I was eating a salt bar. I'm sure my numbers tomorrow won't look good.
