Weighed myself again this morning , empty tummy and no gown 🤓 only pjs. The reason why I am a firm believer of weighing yourself first thing in the morning on a empty tummy 😊
54.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow.. You lose really fast.... What diet are you following... Also how tall are you?

I am counting my macros , so basically I eat what I want as long as I hit my macro count daily and staying within my calories. Prior to this , I fasted and followed a keto diet but was difficult to sustain. I still fast daily as I am use to not eating during the day - will have my first “meal” maybe after 4pm , on weekends it can be a bit earlier or later.

And I am fairly active , aim to move my body / workout daily for 45-75min BUT if I don’t get time and life was just to busy I leave it for the day.
