This is day 4 of my great carb experiment.

Today is a bit of a stressful day as I wait to receive some mail that hopefully, fingers crossed will come in this morning. Pray it comes in, please.

Food wise, I am dealing with this in half the way I normally would, I called it quits on trying to sleep and just got up and got a long hot shower in. I weighed to pleasantly find myself down another pound, I will take it!

My boss gave me a 5% raise today and I feel like such a fraud, I really hope I have not screwed up. Gosh, what if I have????? I pray not. I swear, you would think after 11 years, I would have learned my lesson.

So, here we are, I am too nervous to eat so I am doing the next best thing, downing a coffee from SB. Yep, one that is loaded in sugar because I cannot stomach the sugar free crap. Yuck. Praying that it goes better.

Today will be a food wash until I get this mess straightend out and it will have to be okay. I will go home and practice my Yoga and hopefully sleep tonight. I just want to sleep.
