Has this happened to anybody else? So I’ve been consistently eating in a calorie deficit, working out and I can see that my arms are less flabby and are getting toned! As well as my lower abdominal area is getting some muscle definition, and my measurements (thighs, arms and abdominal area) are getting smaller too, however I’m not losing any weight 😅 I don’t want to lose motivation though but I would ideally like to get to my goal weight as I still have some unwanted fat on my stomach area and thighs any tips??❤️
