Since Monday I’ve changed my diet from Slimming World to Neris and India’s Idiot-Proof Diet (otherwise known as PigtoTwig)! It’s a low carb high fat diet and bingo! It’s seems to be working! I needed a bit more discipline and boundaries to give me the incentive. It’s only been 2 days but I even feel thinner 😃😃

It’s a bit less strict than keto but the eating plan is pretty much the same I think. I love the name PigtoTwig! that says it all 🤣

sounds similar to keto and paleo. eating clean n high good fats is definitely the best way forward. good luck xx
