Day Three-Whew, what a stressful week this has been! I am holding steady with not allowing my day to dictate my food choices with the exception of the big ass cookie yesterday, which is still much much better than eating an entire box of cookies which is what I would normally do and then wash them down with ice cream! Okay, got that out. Take a deep breath in and let's do this today.
