Finishing my first week of challenge "What is your goal for the month of November." - to be committed, disciplined, focused and determined to stick to south beach and turn weight around from going up to down!!! I have not done well this week. I'm gearing up for a better second week. I have definitely lost my fight to lose weight and have got to get it back........that's why I am not giving up journaling and reading about others' motivation.....
