Holy smokes! A five pound week! I haven't had one of these in a while! This is also a big weigh in because it marks 30 lbs lost! I now only have 53.8 pounds to reach my goal. My next milestone (in my mind anyways) is getting under 250, and then down to 244 (40 lbs lost) and 242 (half way to my ultimate goal!)
