Went AWOL for two weeks... eating pancakes, banana bread, rice pudding and French Toast every day. I felt like I had been on diet (which I now see 1800 calories a day 😅 does not really equate to) but still went ape shit. At least I kept up my exercise routine!
I feel embarrassed to be honest. Like I am not really committed. And with 3kg to go, for TWO YEARS NOW, who am I fooling? BUT I was close to 67kg a month ago and just felt so great in my body.
So back to FS and going to try again.
