So after an injury on Sunday, this week didn't go to plan. However, I'm certainly not going to fret over a pound or so. I'm just happy the damage to my back wasn't greater. We don't have the best history but it looks like I've escaped any major issues this time! 😊
95.4 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
