Just got back from 4 days at Boise meetings.
Had agood game plan and can not beat myself up too bad. They kept candy bars in front of us all day long. If they dissappeared they just put more out. I mean handfulls right infront of you with your handouts. I'd gather mine up and move them. Never did give in to the temptation. Until Wednesday at lunch ate one small piece of white cake with chocolate. It was not very good- but open the flood gate to have a Maragrita and something besides salad for dinner. Did figure out the points for the day 40 plus one day, 50 Had (cheese cake factory)plus another.

I never did say to heck with the whole thing and tried to be reasonalbe and still have a few good things you can not get in Challis. Much better than I would have been a few months ago. I do not want to lose ground.


Got up this morning and back on track- 5 days to make sure I weigh less than I did 3 weeks ago. Thank goodness came home today adn week end comming so I can get some exercise.
