I bought one of these today, purely because it gives far more body composition measurements compared to standard bathroom scales, including things like BMR, BMI, Body Fat, Body Water, Visceral Fat, Muscle Mass, Metabolic Age and a few other measurements.
I have no idea if these measurements are 100% accurate, but they do act as a rough guide. The only annoyance is that I weigh 3 pounds more on these scales compared to my usual scales. And there lies my dilemma - which one to believe and subsequently use?
