Woke up in a poor mood today. Just feeling very negative with a big helping of 'what's the point.' Yeah. I used to be a fighter so willpower got me through a lot back then and I'm hoping it will here too. Sipping my broth and trying to get out of this brutal mindset.

Keep at it, Mitch! I know that F-it feeling. oh yeah, because I still have 140 pounds weight loss journey ahead & stalled for past 6 months. It's worth because this is about our health, not the numbers. You're doing this because you love life and your body. :)
