Sunday, another week under the belt... zero ice cream, 2 or 3 snickers, maybe once eating after 7. A pretty balanced meal plan, Not a bunch of processed foods... but then ahhh Thursday.. donut, then maple bar, then 2 red velvet cupcakes....and Friday a teaparty with red velvet bundt cake (small piece) see those things happen.... but this am. a Solid 219# So after my crazy work night, tomorrow I should see the 218's for the first time in 17 months!!!!! Have a game plan, Play the game plan, review the game, make refinements and take it all the way to 'The Show!'
