偶然看到亲的减肥历程,太厉害啦!我的体重一直只升不降:(
请问亲断食日的时候蛋白质吃的数量是按体重的公斤算的吗/不然我115斤*0.79的话要90克蛋白质了,500卡很难呢吃到呀,,谢谢

是的,按照公斤算,所以你只需要45。哈,这样一算,其实吃个100克鸡胸肉就差不多了,再来点植物蛋白什么的就够了
