Tomato wedges put me over 10 carbs today. I have to watch the carb creep but I really do miss veggies.

I've never heard of anyone getting fat on veggies. There are much worse choices than even potatoes, which are really high carb!! Of course, you should do what feels right for you, but I wouldn't stress over tomatoes. :)

If you're on Atkins at least 10 of your daily net carbs are supposed to be from vegetables!
