I walked the Color Run on Sat morning. 5k. Tons of fun. No other exercise this weekend. I'm really struggling with my back. The radiating pain down my hip, hamstrings causes lots of pain. Stretching doesn't seem to help, I'll cont to stretch b/c it's good for my body but I don't necessarily feel any better. I'm struggling with desserts, that's my downfall. And it doesn't have to be anything huge, even a small cookie is what i'm craving. I also love my wine, 1 glass Mon-Thurs then Fri-Sun I split a bottle of wine with my husband. Lots of extra calories in alcohol - i know.
