Was craving mcds but didn’t buy any. Came home and had healthier leftovers. I’m feeling really exhausted today. Probably not enough sleep. Got some exercise in. Heading to bed earlier tonight. When im exhausted it’s seems I have way less willpower. I’m happy I didn’t resort to old habits. But I can say I had a couple pcs of dark chocolate (not the whole bar though so that’s a win in my books) and a pc of leftover birthday cake. Tomorrow is a new day.

Thank you all for your kind words. Had a bad/down day today. Ate horrible for part of it and am paying for with with ibs flare. Took a nice bath and am going to bed. Will start fresh tomorrow!
