I wasn't going to record my food intake today because I felt like I had done terrible today. But after reading another FS buddy's journal I was so inspired I decided to be honest with myself and record it all. To my surprise, even though I had not made the best choices, I actually didn't do as bad as I thought I had. Now I just also need so get back to exercising routinely again. It seems I have been staying so busy running around and helping everyone else that I haven't done what I really need to do for myself. I need to make the time for me, because I need it and I deserve it. In the words of my new FS buddy (Lisa online)---TAWANDA!!! She's right. That is empowering! (and I love that movie--Fried Green Tomatoes) LOL!!! <><
