After many ups and downs s with gym life, I think it is all starting to click FINALLY!! I never used to get sore at the gym...LIKE EVER!! Ow, all of a sudden, I’m continually sore after a little DOMs, and I think it is because I’m really focusing on using “mind to muscle” when I work out! I’m so sore, and finally, really think that I’m feeling super good about reps, and for the first time ever-excited to be lifting till I can’t anymore! This is a new chapter for me, and I owe most of that to L2E, because he coaches me a lot, and is so supportive! ❤️💪🏼🦵🏼
