After many ups and downs s with gym life, I think it is all starting to click FINALLY!! I never used to get sore at the gym...LIKE EVER!! Ow, all of a sudden, I’m continually sore after a little DOMs, and I think it is because I’m really focusing on using “mind to muscle” when I work out! I’m so sore, and finally, really think that I’m feeling super good about reps, and for the first time ever-excited to be lifting till I can’t anymore! This is a new chapter for me, and I owe most of that to L2E, because he coaches me a lot, and is so supportive! ❤️💪🏼🦵🏼

Ha, sore is my default setting. Nice to hear you're getting that mind muscle connection but don't worry if sometimes you're not sore, it doesn't mean progress isn't being made as you can tell from your gains.
